Salaries and Schedule

Compensation: Competitive pay and benefits including healthcare, continuing education, paid time off, and a 401(k).

Schedule: Monday to Friday – no weekends.

About the Role

We are an eye care company owned and managed by independent Doctors of Optometry. We're looking for ODs with a patient-first, growth-oriented mindset who are interested in focusing on the patient care aspect of optometry!

Responsibilities

• Offer your best care by scheduling 2-3 patients an hour.
• Practice full-scope optometry with flexibility and agency.
• Have access to the equipment necessary for your practice.
• Work with and learn from other ODs at times.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree (or pending).
• An NC Optometry license (or pending).
