About the role

This position involves delivering personalized, comprehensive eye examinations and managing a wide range of anterior and posterior ocular diseases. The practice emphasizes quality, accessible eye care and eyewear for patients across the country.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and address diverse refractive needs.
• Diagnose and manage a variety of ocular pathologies, including anterior and posterior diseases.
• Identify systemic health issues that may affect ocular health.
• Utilize the latest diagnostic equipment from vendors such as Topcon, Zeiss, and Nidek.
• Collaborate with a support team that includes optometric technicians, opticians, contact‑lens technicians, receptionists, and management staff.
• Maintain a focus on work‑life balance by adhering to a schedule without on‑call or late‑evening hours.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree.
• Active Optometry license in Texas.
