About the role

Eyes on Randolph is seeking an Optometrist passionate about providing superior eye care to patients of all ages and visual and health conditions. You’ll provide comprehensive vision and eye health care, educate patients about their ocular health, and recommend vision-enhancing solutions—approximately 15 to 23 patients are cared for daily. The position is full-time, offering 40 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive vision and eye health care
• Educate patients about their ocular health
• Recommend vision-enhancing solutions
• Manage dry eye syndrome, glaucoma, red eyes, diabetic eye care, and surgical co-management
• Offer specialty contact lenses for various conditions

Requirements

• Optometry license in the state of Massachusetts
• New graduates and residents are encouraged to apply

• Willing to continuously develop skills through mentorship with experienced doctors
