Responsibilities

• Practice full-scope optometry, including annual eye exams, glaucoma management, and specialized dry eye treatment.
• Manage a daily patient volume of 18 to 22 with the support of a dedicated team.
• Provide personalized, patient-centered care for a diverse range of needs, including urgent cases and surgical co-management.
• Stay current with industry trends, innovative products, and advancements in contact lens technology.

Schedule

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry degree (O.D.), including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure in Oregon.
• 1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience managing a diverse range of patient needs, including urgent cases and surgical co-management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service.
