About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages, addressing both visual and medical conditions.
• Perform patient examinations and recommend vision-enhancing solutions based on prescription findings.
• Handle eye emergencies and collaborate with staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Collaborate with Visionworks technicians or clinical specialists to provide contact lens care and fittings.
• Enjoy access to advanced diagnostic technology, including optical coherence tomography, visual fields, retinal camera, auto-refractor, and electronic health records.

Requirements

• A Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited program.
• Current licensure to practice optometry in the state of Colorado.
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in optometry.
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.
• A strong commitment to patient care and lifelong eye health.

Pay

$130,000 - 170,000 for full-time, with actual pay determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
