Attention all Optometrists: we are calling on you to work with us providing refractions, eyeglass fittings, and treatment to our Military Service members in the State of Maine. The schedule is primarily weekends, with some occasional weekdays on an "as needed" basis. We provide health readiness services to meet the medical requirements for a deployable military force across the following branches:
- U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
- Army National Guard (ARNG)
- U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
- U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
- U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
- Air National Guard (ANG)
- U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)
Responsibilities
- Perform refractions and eyeglass fittings with equipment provided by DOCS Health.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted optometry license/certification in the state.
- Available for weekends and occasional weekdays.
- Passionate, friendly, and caring demeanor.
- Must have weekend availability.
- Experience working with military (preferred).

Pay
$500 plus travel pay.
