VisionFirst is a local, employee‑owned eye care provider with 18 locations in Kentucky and Indiana. We are more than just an eye care provider; we are part of the community and are looking for someone great to join the team.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key part of our patient experience — greeting people, prepping them for exams, conducting pre‑tests, and ensuring that every patient has a great experience. No two days look exactly alike.

• Use diagnostic equipment and perform preliminary testing
• Prepare patients for their eye exams by performing medical history intake
• Guide patients through their visit with warmth and professionalism
• Keep patient records accurate and up to date
• Assist with various in‑office procedures that ensure organized and efficient patient flow

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, people‑first personality
• Detail‑oriented and organized under pressure
• Team player who is dependable and takes ownership
• Prior optometry or medical office experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
