Options Clearance Manager

Day to Day

• Lead end-to-end options clearing across the broker-dealer, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and risk mitigation
• Oversee clearing support across options, equities, money markets, and futures
• Manage OCC processes including settlements, funding, margin, and lifecycle events
• Drive operational improvements and implement industry and regulatory initiatives
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Risk (Credit & Market), Front Office, and Technology
• Manage vendor relationships and support critical infrastructure enhancements

Requirements

• 10+ years of options clearing experience (firm and customer activity)
• Deep expertise with OCC processes, including settlements, margin, and funding
• Strong knowledge of CMTA workflows and billing
• Familiarity with OCC Encore and back-office systems (ADP/BPS a plus)
• Working knowledge of equity clearing and relevant regulatory frameworks
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
