About the Role

AfterQuery is hiring senior domain experts for a multi-discipline AI research program. Experts design realistic technical scenarios in their field, author reference solutions and grading rubrics, and evaluate AI-generated outputs for correctness and domain judgment. This role is fully remote, asynchronous, and project-based.

Track Domain: Optics and photonics (lasers, fiber, imaging, optical systems)

Responsibilities

• Design realistic technical scenarios and problem sets within your track
• Author expert-level reference solutions and grading rubrics
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for correctness, depth, and domain judgment

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree required (Master's or PhD a plus)
• Deep professional or research expertise in optics and photonics (lasers, fiber, imaging, optical systems)
• Clear technical writing and independent delivery
