Pay
Hourly wage: $26.50 – $34.50 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds applicable local minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour; multiple premiums may be earned when criteria are met.

Vision associates support customers in the eye care center by verifying prescription information, guiding purchasing decisions, and completing lens and eyewear orders. Responsibilities may vary by state regulations and licensing.
