Pay
Hourly wage: $33 – $41 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Full-time and part-time positions available.
About the role
Vision associates support customers in the eye care center by verifying prescription information, assisting with purchasing decisions, and completing lens and eyewear orders. Responsibilities may vary based on state regulations and licensing.
