About the role

Vision associates focus on supporting customers in the eye care center at Walmart Supercenter #3423, 5701 Herrera Dr, Santa Fe, NM 87507. They assist with verifying prescription information, aiding in customer's purchasing decisions, and completing lens and eyewear orders. Responsibilities may vary based on state regulations and licensing.

Pay

Hourly wage: $24 - $32 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed); multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
