Job Overview
Vision associates focus on supporting customers in the eye care center. They assist with verifying prescription information, aiding in customers' purchasing decisions, and completing lens and eyewear orders. Responsibilities may vary based on state regulations and licensing.
Additional Compensation
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
