Responsibilities

Vision associates assist with verifying prescription information, aiding in customer purchasing decisions, and completing lens and eyewear orders. Responsibilities may vary based on state regulations and licensing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and understand prescription information
• Knowledge of basic customer service principles

Pay

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Schedule

Available shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing. Specific schedules may vary based on department needs.
