Responsibilities

Vision associates support customers in the eye care center by verifying prescription information, aiding in purchasing decisions, and processing lens and eyewear orders. Responsibilities may vary based on state regulations and licensing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Pay

Annual or quarterly performance incentives are included in the additional compensation. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
