Pay
Hourly wage: $17 - $25 per hour (equals or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes:
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)

About the role
Vision associates focus on supporting customers in the eye care center. They assist with verifying prescription information, aiding customers in purchasing decisions, and completing lens and eyewear orders. Responsibilities may vary based on state regulations and licensing.
