Pay
Hourly wage: $16 – $24 per hour (rate meets or exceeds applicable minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.
About the role
Vision associates support customers in the eye care center by verifying prescription information, guiding purchasing decisions, and completing lens and eyewear orders. Responsibilities may vary based on state regulations and licensing.
