Pay

Hourly wage: $19.50 – $27.50 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the local minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums can apply when criteria are met.

About the role

Vision associates support customers in the eye care center by verifying prescription information, guiding purchasing decisions, and completing lens and eyewear orders. Responsibilities may vary in accordance with state regulations and licensing requirements.
