Responsibilities

Vision associates focus on supporting customers in the eye care center. They assist with verifying prescription information, aiding in customer's purchasing decisions, and completing lens and eyewear orders. Responsibilities may vary based on state regulations and licensing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and understand prescription information
• Knowledge of basic customer service principles
• Ability to perform tasks related to lens and eyewear orders

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including mid-shift and closing shifts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour.
