About the role
Vision associates focus on supporting customers in the eye care center. They assist with verifying prescription information, aiding in customer's purchasing decisions, and completing lens and eyewear orders. Responsibilities may vary based on state regulations and licensing.
Pay
Hourly wage: $17 – $25 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the applicable local minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.
Schedule
Part-time. Available shifts: Mid-Shift, Closing.
