We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: - PERKS Full Benefits Package ... (Benefits) - SUMMARY (About the role) - LOCATION (maybe not a heading; but we could treat as part of About the role? Not required heading) - ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Responsibilities) - QUALIFICATIONS (Qualifications) - EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE (maybe part of Qualifications) - LICENSES AND CREDENTIALS (maybe Skills? but could be Qualifications) - SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY (Skills) - PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (maybe not a standard heading; could be omitted or included under Requirements? Not in list; we could omit if not matching allowed headings. The allowed headings are limited to those listed; we should not create other headings. So we need to map content to those headings. We have Benefits: list of perks. About the role: SUMMARY paragraph. Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES bullet list. Qualifications: includes previous experience, background check, proof of identity, high school diploma, ABO/NCLE certifications preferred. Skills: SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY (proficient in MS Office). Also maybe LICENSES AND CREDENTIALS (ABO and NCLE certifications preferred) could be under Skills or Qualifications. We'll put under Skills. Pay: Not mentioned (no competitive base pay? Actually PERKS includes "Competitive Base Pay" under PERKS? Wait the PERKS list includes "Competitive Base Pay". Yes under PERKS: "Competitive Base Pay". So we have pay info: Competitive Base Pay. So we should include Pay section with that detail. Schedule: Not mentioned. So omit Schedule. We must not include placeholders like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, application instructions, contact phone, etc. Also remove "If you need assistance with this application..." and EEO statement. Also remove "NOTE: Job descriptions..." etc. We must preserve all substantive information. Now construct HTML:

Pay

Competitive Base Pay

We have duplicated Competitive Base Pay both in Benefits and Pay. Might be redundant but we must preserve all substantive information. The Benefits section already includes Competitive Base Pay as a perk. Pay section could just state that. It's okay. We should not include location? Not required heading. Could be omitted. Check for any other substantive content: The LOCATION line: "Work is primarily performed in a standard office or clinical setting. However, travel to other locations may be required to carry out essential job duties and responsibilities". This is substantive but not under allowed headings. Could we incorporate into About the role? Possibly add a sentence there. But we must not invent headings. We could add a paragraph under About the role that includes location info. The About the role currently only has summary; we can extend it to include location. That would preserve info. Similarly, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS is substantive but not a standard heading. Could we incorporate into Responsibilities or Qualifications? Probably not appropriate. Could we add a section "Requirements"? Not in allowed headings list? Actually Requirements is allowed heading. The list includes Requirements as a possible heading. So we could put physical requirements under Requirements heading. Also maybe include other requirements like background check etc. But we already have Qualifications. However Requirements could be used for physical requirements. Let's use Requirements heading for physical requirements. Thus we add:

Requirements

This role requires a variety of physical activities to effectively perform essential job functions. The position involves frequent walking (75%), sitting (50%), and standing (50%), with regular bending, stooping, and reaching (25–50%). Employees must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 lbs. Strong fine motor skills and full use of hands are essential, as the role demands constant grasping, writing/typing, and use of technology. Visual and auditory acuity—including color, depth, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus—is required 100% of the time. Occasional driving or climbing may also be necessary.

We should also incorporate location info into About the role. Update About the role paragraph:

An Optical Technician will achieve a world class Total Patient Experience that maximizes retail sales while also supporting the patients' medical needs. This team member is trained to dispense and fit glasses and contacts, working from the prescriptions written by Optometrists and Ophthalmologists. They connect the patient's needs to the goods and services offered. Work is primarily performed in a standard office or clinical setting; however, travel to other locations may be required to carry out essential job duties.

Now we have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Requirements. Check for any other content: LICENSES AND CREDENTIALS we already included under Qualifications (ABO and NCLE certifications preferred but not required). Good. SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY under Skills. Now ensure no boilerplate: removed EEO, application instructions, contact phone, note about job descriptions, etc. Now output only HTML fragment. Check for duplicate content: Benefits includes Competitive Base Pay; Pay also includes Competitive Base Pay. That's duplication but we must preserve all substantive information; the posting mentions Competitive Base Pay under PERKS. It's not duplicated elsewhere. So we have it in Benefits and also in Pay. Could we avoid duplication by only having Pay section and not repeating in Benefits? But Benefits list includes Competitive Base Pay as a perk; we should keep it there as it's part of benefits. The Pay section could just state that the base pay is competitive (maybe we could summarize). But we must not invent or summarize away detail. The detail is "Competitive Base Pay". If we put it only in Benefits, we still preserve it. Pay section could be omitted if we consider it redundant. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Having both Benefits and Pay with same content may be thin. Better to keep Competitive Base Pay only under Benefits and omit Pay section. But we must not omit Pay if the posting actually states it. The posting states Competitive Base Pay under PERKS. That's a benefit/compensation. It could be considered Pay info. The instruction says: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state Competitive Base Pay, so we can have a Pay section with that detail. But we also have Benefits section that includes Competitive Base Pay as a perk. That's okay; we are not inventing, we are just repeating. Might be considered duplication but not prohibited. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Having Pay section with just one line may be thin. Could combine Pay into Benefits? But Benefits already includes it. So we could drop Pay section to avoid thin section. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It doesn't say we must create them if stated; it's optional but we should include if we think it's substantive. Since it's just a line, we could incorporate into Benefits and not create a separate Pay section. That would be fewer sections. Thus we will omit Pay section. Now final HTML:
