Ops Supervisor - Hub-2
About the role
This position requires a minimum of six (6) months experience in package handling, fast-paced environments such as retail, hospitality, fulfillment centers, warehouses, docks, or stock rooms/stock functions. Alternatively, candidates can meet the requirements through completion of a certification program or an Associate's Degree in a related field, along with two (2) years of college coursework towards a Bachelor's Degree.
Responsibilities

- Establish and accomplish goals with sound business judgment
- Communicate effectively with various audience levels and group sizes
- Instruct employees on processes and practices
- Maintain a working knowledge of relevant technology-based projects
- Mentor, coach, and serve as a knowledge resource to other employees
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of six (6) months experience in package handling, fast-paced environments, or military experience with an honorable discharge
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- May work in hot or cold temperatures, noisy environments, and with fumes
- Minimal travel required
