About the Role

An experienced BC/BE Ophthalmologist is sought to join a well-established private practice affiliated with a Community Hospital's ASC. The practice includes a team of two Ophthalmologists (one retiring) and five Optometrists, offering services in cataracts, glaucoma, refractive surgery, and ocular diseases.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ophthalmic care
• Participate in surgical procedures at a state-of-the-art Surgery Center
• Collaborate with a professional team using advanced equipment such as femtosecond lasers and excimer lasers
• Support multiple clinic locations with high patient volumes
• Ensure outstanding patient care while maintaining work-life balance
• Deliver clinical and surgical ophthalmology services
• Contribute to practice growth
• Provide high-quality patient care across surgical and outpatient settings

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in ophthalmology
• Interest in cataracts, glaucoma, and refractive surgery
• Progressive mindset and potential interest in practice buy-in
• Strong surgical and clinical skills
• Familiarity with modern EMR systems (preferred)
