Requirements

• Current medical license in good standing
• Experience in comprehensive cataract surgery preferred
• Strong commitment to patient care and professional development

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of an ABOIM-approved residency program in ophthalmology
• Passing scores on the USMLE or COMLEX exams

Pay

$350,000-450,000 base compensation with performance bonuses
