Requirements

• Experienced surgeons or recent residency/fellowship graduates.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Ophthalmology.
• Experience in comprehensive cataract surgery preferred.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong surgical skills and clinical acumen.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
