Operator Teflon Class C

About the role

Under the direction of the supervisor, either directly or through a lead person, this individual performs various bench operations on Teflon-lined parts at optimum production and quality levels.

Responsibilities

• Install Teflon liners
• Cut and trim Teflon
• Loosen bearings
• Hone to size
• Clean bearings and other components
• Maintain accurate production counts
• Check dimensions using simple measuring instruments
• Keep the workplace clean and safe, especially in the Clean Room
• Move material being worked on
• Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by the lead person or supervisor
