About the role
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of departmental policies and procedures.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
