About the role
Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing/Packaging Technician to join our team. This position is available in Loveland, and responsibilities include ensuring equipment and machinery are operating properly, conducting preventative maintenance, and monitoring quality throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Ensure equipment and machinery are operating properly and at production standards
- Understand and complete Operator PM’s (preventative maintenance)
- Conduct machine set-up/change overs and start-ups
- Limit waste - including raw material, finished goods, rework, parts, chemicals, supplies, and downtime
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency when production lines are not producing, while ensuring safety and quality are not jeopardized
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Monitor quality throughout the process
- Ensure bottles are free of spills, and are filled to the correct weight and level
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in lieu of education may be considered
- Manufacturing/packaging experience is preferred, including forklift experience
- Forklift certification strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a Safety-First manufacturing facility required
- Ability to work in a sustained fast-paced manufacturing environment
Qualifications

Pay
The salary range for this role, in Loveland, is between $20.00 - $24.00. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
