Requirements

• Excellent diction and respectful attitude toward clients/patients
• Fluent in Romanian and Russian (spoken and written)
• Secondary or higher education (medical studies are an advantage)
• PC operation skills (MS Office)
• Responsibility, flexibility, and integrity

Responsibilities

• Answer, manage, and redirect calls in accordance with agreed procedures, meeting established qualitative and quantitative objectives
• Written communication with clients on social media platforms
• Assist patients by providing accurate information regarding pre-investigation preparation for various medical tests
• Inform patients about the working schedule of branches/doctors
• Schedule or reschedule patient appointments for consultations and medical investigations
• Promote prevention campaigns and active promotions

Pay
