Operator - Oak Creek

About the role

The Operator at Oak Creek is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring all processes are carried out safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair activities to ensure equipment operates optimally.
• Monitor production levels and adjust schedules as necessary to meet production goals.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing support to existing staff.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or operational environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college education preferred.
