- 1st Shift: Monday 5:30am–2:30pm, Tuesday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm
- Every 3rd weekend: Saturday–Sunday 6:00am–6:30pm

About the role
The Operator Manufacturing III sets up, operates, monitors, troubleshoots, and performs preventive maintenance on assigned machines. This role inspects parts, makes adjustments or tool changes to maintain quality specifications, and assists with setting up and operating production equipment following established procedures and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Performs pre-operation activities on multiple pieces of equipment to ensure proper startup and operation
- Operates and monitors equipment, performs setup and changeover, inspects parts, and makes adjustments or tool changes to maintain quality specifications and minimize unplanned stops
- Performs scheduled quality assurance tests in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and communicates results with team members and support teams
- Performs housekeeping activities and sanitations on production equipment
- Operates equipment including Palletizing machines (1–2 machines), Stretch Wrap machine, and computerized Pallet Tag machine
- Unloads product from Palletizing machines or loads product directly into trailers using Radio Frequency (RF) Tablet
- Scans product while safely stacking product in Warehouse bin locations
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment and follow standardized work and safe work practices
- Technical, mechanical aptitude for basic troubleshooting
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs., stand for prolonged periods, and climb stairs
- Weekend and holiday work as scheduled to support customer demand
- Ability to work in elevated noise requiring hearing protection
- Ability to work in seasonal temperatures
