Operator-Machine-2nd shift

Job Requirements

• Operate machine in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
• Know how to set up the machinery and run it.
• Need to get spec sheets to know what product is being ran.
• Set up the program for the product being ran.
• Check metal detector is working or tell QA to check for you.
• Need to know how to make adjustments when the machine is running and how to fix the machine in your best knowledge when it breaks down, notify your supervisor and maintenance right away if you cannot fix the issue.
• Ensure the product being bagged is acceptable.
• Ensure that all metal detector checks and weights are within specified range and documented.
• Double check with pack off lead that the paperwork is properly documented.
• Verify the quality of the bags and cases.
• Verify that the proper date code is on the bag.
• Date on the bag and the case label should match.
• Verify metal detector check and weights on bags.
• Verifications need to be done every half hour and documented.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.

$20 + hourly
