Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Affixes product labels, packs, wraps, and supplies the production line.
• Performs quality inspections, tests, and documents production.
• Maintains cleanliness and implements 6S standards on machines and areas.
• Assists with routine preventative maintenance and addresses machine-related issues.
• Performs other duties as directed by plant leadership, production leads, or shift leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience operating high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to solve problems and think critically.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• High awareness of safety for self and others.
• Teamwork and individual efficiency.
• Extrusion experience preferred.
• College-level courses or trade school preferred, but not mandatory.
• Operates hoists, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
