Operator III - Molding (11:00pm - 7:00am)

What You'll Be Doing

• Start up and readiness of machines and support equipment prior to production.
• Making sure equipment is monitored and clean and set-up sub assembly and tray cleaning equipment.
• Mixing solvents.
• Moving items throughout the department in a safe and efficient manner using your Forklift license.
• Troubleshooting machines such as changing out dies and other mechanical & electrical parts.
• Completing production release documentation associated with the operation legibly.

What You'll Bring

• A High School diploma or equivalent.
• Competence to read, write, use a calculator and operate maintenance tools.
• Prior machine operating experience & the ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical and electrical issues.
• Preferred Forklift experience a plus
• Capability to comprehend and interpret electronic documents and specifications. Computer proficient
• Your ability to be cross train in other departments.
• Able to complete documentation legibly.
• Excellent ability to communicate and work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Low absenteeism.
• Able to work overtime as required.
• Push, and pull up to 50 pounds repetitively. Ability to lift above the shoulders up to 2 pounds repetitively.

Pay

The pay rate is $16.37 per hour, plus shift differential for off shifts. The pay rate is based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
