Operator II - Production Operations (First Shift)

Responsibilities

• Built product by following all Quality Systems and Processes (trained and certified to)
• Complete other assigned tasks while meeting manufacturing goals and metrics
• Adhere to all Quality Policies and Systems of the Company
• Maintain accurate records, including Lot History Records (LHR), and adhere to all GMP/GDP policies
• Process small parts under a microscope
• Maintain an acceptable level of attendance (including scheduled overtime)
• Maintain a professional work relationship with other team members and other cross-functional groups
• Flex and rotate to other stations as necessary
• Understand and follow safety policies and practices, and escalate any issues related to product quality or workplace safety
• Follow and adhere to 5S principles and goals

Qualifications

• High School Diploma. No Previous Experience Required
• Preferred Qualifications: Must be able to work in a Controlled Environment Room, must have good hand-eye coordination, must have good verbal and written communication skills, must have the ability to read and write and understand English, must demonstrate math & inventory control skills (with respect to accuracy and counts)
