About the role
This role is part of Alcon's Manufacturing function, a team that designs, produces, and delivers innovative eyecare products to more than 140 countries through operational excellence and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Handle manual or operational production tasks according to guidelines to ensure smooth processes
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment
- Ensure products meet specifications, schedules, and quality standards
- Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis
- Review work orders, schedule resources, and monitor operations to align with business objectives
- Complete all required training and maintain organizational compliance
- Commit to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance
- Adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining complete documentation, and performing rigorous quality control
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Work Hours: 3rd Shift – 8 Hours 10:30 PM EST - 6:30AM EST (Sunday night – Thursday night)
- Location: Onsite
