Responsibilities
- Perform production activities of BPHE according to job function or production processes of assembly, brazing and testing.
- Follow work order, standard operation procedure (SOP) and engineering drawings to ensure high quality production.
- Seek advice from qualified personnel when encountering problems or uncertainties regarding work orders, SOPs, or product drawings.
- Complete assigned production activities on time to meet production goals and customer delivery requirements.
- Report any quality uncertainties or materials failing to meet quality requirements during the production process.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities related to production.
- Assist and participate in audits as required.
- Maintain organization of work area through cleaning, storage of materials and production equipment, including implementing 5S activities.
- Adhere to all safety rules, procedures, and instructions, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety equipment as necessary.
- Report unsafe conditions, equipment, or practices to supervisors immediately.
- Participate in safety training and drills.
Qualifications, Education, And Experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
