Operator I

Responsibilities

• Perform production activities of BPHE according to job function or production processes of assembly, brazing and testing.
• Follow work order, standard operation procedure (SOP) and engineering drawings to ensure high quality production.
• Seek advice from qualified personnel when encountering problems or uncertainties regarding work orders, SOPs, or product drawings.
• Complete assigned production activities on time to meet production goals and customer delivery requirements.
• Report any quality uncertainties or materials failing to meet quality requirements during the production process.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities related to production.
• Assist and participate in audits as required.
• Maintain organization of work area through cleaning, storage of materials and production equipment, including implementing 5S activities.
• Adhere to all safety rules, procedures, and instructions, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety equipment as necessary.
• Report unsafe conditions, equipment, or practices to supervisors immediately.
• Participate in safety training and drills.

Qualifications, Education, And Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
