Operator, Heat Seal

Requirements

• Basic communication skills to include reading, speaking, and understanding English
• Basic math skills to measure and mark garments
• Comfortable using RES to track, correct, and update order information
• High attention to detail and quality
• Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work with others in a positive manner
• Able to handle multiple tasks
• Reads and understands option codes on Ready Service Worksheets
• Able to stand for 8 hours and work overtime when necessary
• Sewing/embroidery experience is helpful but not required
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Complete heat seal and vinyl transfer orders to meet shipping deadlines using heat presses
• Train for various other jobs as needed to help with workflow
• Rezip cases and retrieve replacement garments as needed
• Check placements, striping, pockets, and any other additional options on garments
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear Outfitters and is always worth sharing with visitors

Pay

Negotiable based on experience.

Schedule

2nd shift: hours are 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Some daily overtime and work on Saturdays may be required.
