Operator - Healthcare Manufacturing

About the role

Join our team and have the opportunity to grow with us! We are looking for Operators to work in our Germantown & Richfield, WI manufacturing facility that produces plastic components for the Medical Industry! Our Operators are responsible for inspecting and packaging medical components.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect parts
• Pack parts
• Complete paperwork per the work instructions
• Stand and rotate between presses for the 12-hour shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, and use of wrist and hands
• Work in a cleanroom environment and wear appropriate PPE as required per ISO standards

• Adequate math and reading skills

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience a plus, not required

Pay

Starting wage of $21/hour.

Schedule

• 12-hour shift schedule (7-7)
• 2-2-3 rotating shift schedule, working 3 days one week (36 hours) and 4 days the next (48 hours) allows for days off during the week and OT every other week
• Approximately 75 fewer work days per year working on our 12-hour shift schedule
