Operator/Guest Services

Description

Answer calls in a timely manner with proper greeting and a smile in your voice. Paging for staff members. Calling in Emergency Surgery Teams. Able to perform duties under stressful situations.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge: High School diploma or equivalent
• Skills: Customer service experience and computer skills required. Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish/Chinese)
• Abilities: Must be able to work weekend, holidays, afternoon and evening shifts. These duties are to be performed in a highly confidential manner, following the mission, values, and behaviors of Insight Hospital and Medical Center. Employees are further expected to provide a high quality of care, service, and kindness toward all patients, staff, physicians, volunteers, and guests.
