They seek a detail‑oriented, fast‑paced individual comfortable working 10‑hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Review job orders to determine customer specifications.
• Set up turret equipment.
• Turn on machine, water power, and hydraulic systems.
• Reset machine to zero (bring it home).
• Modify computer programs to meet job specifications on a regular basis.
• Set up tooling specifications.
• Perform incoming inspection on sheared material prior to punching; document non‑conforming material via a “blue sheet” and obtain clearance from leadperson or management before proceeding.
• Operate turret, maintaining appropriate tempo to meet production quantities while upholding quality standards.
• Perform first‑piece inspection on newly punched material to verify proper equipment setup.
• Deliver finished punched product to the next operation within the cell.
• Order tooling parts through communication with CAD as needed.
• Work as part of the team, continuously seeking to identify and eliminate non‑value‑added processes and waste.
• Work safely, using all required personal protective equipment.
• Assist in other areas of the cell and maintain flexibility to transfer to other cells when needed.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of similar work experience desired.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to work with small hand tools.
• Dependable with reliable transportation.

Pay

Full Time, Day Shift, $18.00 - $24.00 per hour.

Schedule

40 hours per week or more: Monday–Thursday 4:00 pm – 2:30 am (10‑hour shifts); overtime as needed: Friday 4:00 pm – 2:30 am (10 hours) and Saturday 11:30 am – 5:30 pm (6 hours).
