Job Summary
Operations will safely and effectively operate machinery at assigned work zones for Dillard MDF – Armorite Trim.

- Willing to actively train new team members
- Willing to cross train on new jobs, skills and perform other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Lift, walk, stoop, stand, push / pulling for up to 12 hours/day in a loud, non-climate-controlled environment
- Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds at a time
Preferred Skills/Abilities/Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, military, industrial, farming, agriculture, landscaping, carpentry, mechanical, or construction environment
- Previous operator experience with advanced technologies
- 18 months+ consistent work history
