Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and resolve issues efficiently
- Provide technical support to customers via phone and email
- Implement and train team members on new software solutions
- Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
