About the role
Supports the hospital by operating switchboard. Answers, screens, and transfers incoming and outgoing calls. Monitors alarms and code situations to activate notification systems when directed.

- Answers calls in efficient manner, uses digital pages as needed.
- Accesses patient information, uses scripting for all interactions.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 6 months as operator or in customer service
