Operator (Bulk - Crusher) - Baroid Mine

Responsibilities
- Performs general manufacturing tasks under relatively close supervision.
- Adheres to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines.
- Aims to achieve maximum output of specification finished product.
- Operates the crushing circuit with the proper shift ore blend(s).
- Monitors all crushing equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Makes minor repairs to the crushing circuit when needed.
- Tasks, when correctly performed, impact cost containment, efficiency, profitability, or operations indirectly.
Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 2 years of experience in processing operations, including plant operation.
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record.
- Thorough knowledge of production process, safety focus, and critical quality issues.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Heavy equipment and mechanical skills preferred.
