Operator

About the role

You will play a critical role in the production process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery
• Handle materials
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Efficiently carry out sanitation tasks, including:
• Using power washing equipment
• Floor cleaning
• Variety of other duties such as rising with low-pressure hoses, squeegeeing, sump pump, scraping, sweeping, mopping and dusting in confined spaces and entryways as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment is highly preferred
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects
• Comfortable working in environments that require frequent bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed
