Operator

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for operation.
• Load machines with material.
• Enter data into machine’s computer controls.
• Inspect and monitor machines, adjusting different inputs, pressures, and speeds to maintain quality.
• Monitor and record product and material types, temperatures, speeds, pressures, quantity counts, and quality check materials and products.
• Perform quality checks by preparing product samples, weighing samples, measuring widths and thicknesses, and evaluating visual appearance of products.
• Perform housekeeping and work area organization duties.
• Perform any required duties directed by supervisor or management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree.
• Must obtain and maintain a Fork Truck certification.
• High level of commitment and flexibility.
• Willingness and ability to work swing shifts.
• Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment.
