Operator
Responsibilities
- Prepare machines for operation.
- Load machines with material.
- Enter data into machine’s computer controls.
- Inspect and monitor machines, adjusting different inputs, pressures, and speeds to maintain quality.
- Monitor and record product and material types, temperatures, speeds, pressures, quantity counts, and quality check materials and products.
- Perform quality checks by preparing product samples, weighing samples, measuring widths and thicknesses, and evaluating visual appearance of products.
- Perform housekeeping and work area organization duties.
- Perform any required duties directed by supervisor or management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree.
- Must obtain and maintain a Fork Truck certification.
- High level of commitment and flexibility.
- Willingness and ability to work swing shifts.
- Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment.
