About the role

This is an entry-level production position responsible for various functions within the mill.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of the supervisor
• Learn production operator positions and advance within the role
• Adhere to all mill safety policies and procedures
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor
• General clean-up in the work area

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work in an industrial environment
• Ability to bend, twist, lift, climb, and stand throughout the duration of the shift
• Ability to work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends
• Demonstrated commitment to safety
• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical
