Qualifications

• Must perform general manual labor tasks including operating assembly equipment and performing tasks per the work instructions at the molding machines.
• Must be capable of reading and following work instructions to produce a quality product.
• Maintain appropriate production records.
• Follow all company safety and operating policies.
• Stack and/or pack various assemblies and molding product per product specification.
• Observe continuous operation of machines and notify supervisor of machine malfunctions and/or quality issues.
• Perform 5S activities within work cell machine areas.
• Be present at the beginning of his shift on the machine.
• Inspect 100% of the products made, ensuring that only compliant parts are packaged and document the rejects identified by typology.
• Train new operators as needed.

Requirements

• Manufacturing/Operating experience is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED
