ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain safety protocols by reporting issues to supervisor.
- Operate safety door on molding machine to extract molded parts or load molding fixtures/hand loads.
- Perform secondary operations on molded parts including trimming with knives and/or clippers, use of hand or power tools to separate molded parts from hand loads.
- Clean auxiliary equipment such as hoppers, grinders, and dryers as needed.
- Identify and understand material tickets.
- Answer and respond to machine alarms.
- Shut off water to the mold in case of a large leak.
- Collect first and last shots and correctly complete production orders and machine cards.
- Use limit samples and workmanship standards properly.
- Perform rework procedures as necessary.
- Be available to work overtime as needed.
- Question and report anything unusual to supervisor.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding conduct, safety practices, and job performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of material tickets and workmanship standards.
- Ability to identify and address potential issues promptly.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
